Promoting a tourist app for visitors seeking local art; the title swipes as does the app.

Challenge:
This video was a promotion for an educational app informing users about the City of Columbia’s local sculptures and other works of art. Visitors and local alike could use this app as a virtual companion when they explored the city. The idea was that swiping brought users to the next work of art. The producer on the project specifically wanted to use a title sequence similar to the home-made look and feel of the Buzzfeed website.
Solution:
I incorporated the images and video given to me by the producer with a big bold typeface and colors that were similar to the look and feel of the Buzzfeed website. Additionally, I animated the title so that it appeared to swipe.
